Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Creative Gifts Brand. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at creativegiftsbrand.com and visit the Order History section.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, you may contact us for further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos of the damaged item for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order at creativegiftsbrand.com.
